Team "Mindset" Sessions

One hour team session on topic selected by coaching staff. Sessions are highly interactive and utilize team member strengths.
Example topics: Communication, leadership, GRIT, goal-setting, performance planning, energy management, self-talk, confidence, and more !

- Free coach consultation (to select topic)
